Reality check
A demo shows what may be possible. These points help judge whether the product fits day-to-day use.
Works well when
- Repetitive movement, picking or sortation with measurable demand
- Sites with stable layouts and a clear WMS/WES owner
- Pilots that include peak traffic and exception handling
What to check
- SKU mix, peak orders, route length and charging capacity
- Floor, aisle, fire-route and lift constraints
- Inventory accuracy and who resolves blocked tasks
Not a magic solution
- A replacement for fixing inaccurate inventory data
- A profitable project at any order volume
- A pilot that tests only a quiet demonstration route
