Reality check

A demo shows what may be possible. These points help judge whether the product fits day-to-day use.

Works well when
  • Repetitive movement, picking or sortation with measurable demand
  • Sites with stable layouts and a clear WMS/WES owner
  • Pilots that include peak traffic and exception handling
What to check
  • SKU mix, peak orders, route length and charging capacity
  • Floor, aisle, fire-route and lift constraints
  • Inventory accuracy and who resolves blocked tasks
Not a magic solution
  • A replacement for fixing inaccurate inventory data
  • A profitable project at any order volume
  • A pilot that tests only a quiet demonstration route
