Reality check

A demo shows what may be possible. These points help judge whether the product fits day-to-day use.

Works well when
  • Stable, repetitive handling, tending, welding or assembly
  • Processes with known parts, fixtures and cycle times
  • Cells where an integrator can own commissioning
What to check
  • Payload after adding the gripper and cables
  • End effector, vision and safety-cell cost
  • Changeover time when the part or fixture changes
Not a magic solution
  • A solution for a process that changes every day
  • A turnkey cell without integration and safety work
  • A reason to skip measuring the current process

About

RG2 is an end effector for material handling, assembly and machine tending. Its 110 mm stroke and adjustable force accommodate different parts. Friction-fit and form-fit load limits are separate; neither replaces the robot arm's payload limit.
